The name fits!

I've wanted to name my sewing machine for a long time. And I finally thought of one amazingly brilliant! Well, I think so anyway. Quite surprised it took this long for it to finally come to me!
My sewing machine will, henceforth, be affectionately known as Wanda.
Get it? Magic Wand-a?
All of the costumes and gowns I have made over the years?
Who needs a fairy godmother in this house!
I bring this up because of my grand sewing projects planned for this year:

• I've promised Mark for years that I will make a Shrek costume for him. I already have a gown (green archery dress I made for the first Narnia movie) that will work perfectly for Fiona! And Molly will make an adorable Ogre baby. She already is! This is what I plan to do for Halloween if it works out.
• My mom and I have already been tentatively planning another trip to Disney World a little over a year from now. No child of mine will visit Disney without appropriate decor. For her birthday it was a fleece Minnie Mouse hat that I made. Since she has fallen in love with Peter Pan, I'm going to try my best to make a Wendy costume for myself and a Tinkerbell costume for Molly.

Thus, Wanda and I will be quite busy. There are few other things I want to make for family and friends. But I'll keep those a secret of course!
